Resources to help caregivers of stroke patient

Today, I find that there is little or no resources to help caregivers of stroke patient.  The burden on the caregivers can be enormous.  National Stroke Association of US, http://www.stroke.org/, is a good site for us to get information on stroke.  Check it out.
